Ingredients
50g Flour
1/3 teaspoon of baking powder
1/3 teaspoon of baking soda
42g soft butter
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
pinch of vanilla
25 g rolled oats
50g Chocolate chips
30g Pecans
20g coconut flakes
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degreesWhip the butter with the sugar.Add the egg yolk and milk and whisk everything for a couple of minutes.Add the vanilla.
Add the flour and finally the chocolate, coconut, nuts and oats.shape into balls with a spoon and mash lightly.Cook for about 15 minutes.12 biscuits approx.
